Kelly Pilkauskas is a Wake Forest University graduate, holding a B.S. in Business Enterprise and Administration, along with a minor in Entrepreneurship. After completing her studies and enjoying some downtime in her New Jersey hometown, she relocated to Boston, where she launched her career at Fidelity Investments. During her two years there, Kelly honed her skills in client-facing financial services, demonstrating a strong aptitude for building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Her time there was very impactful, as she gained transferable skill sets and experience that seamlessly translate into understanding clients' needs and navigating complex transactions with ease. 

With a keen interest in real estate, Kelly wanted to dive into the industry and turn her passion into a career. Now, as the Transactions and Operations Manager for the Biega + Kilgore Team, Kelly is streamlining processes and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Her strong organizational and time management skills paired with an action-focused approach are instrumental in setting the team up for success. She finds it very rewarding to work alongside this group of inspiring agents who assist buyers in finding the right property and making one of the most important investments of their lives, and at some point in the future aspires to become an agent as well. 

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys exploring new restaurants, taking yoga classes, and experiencing all that Boston has to offer. She frequently visits family and friends in New Jersey and spends time at the beach during the summer months. In her free time, she is passionate about interior design and enjoys exploring different design styles, trends, and creative ways to make spaces both elegant and functional.
